Padelspeed Coaching: Next Level Padel (Development), Tuesdays 10-11am (Cardiff)

Got to grips with the basics of padel? Time to take your game to the next level!

These regular sessions with LTA qualified coaches will bring your game on through drills, technical exercises, and matchplay practice in a fun, informal environment with other improving players. Learn the different shots of padel, how to volley, how to use the glass, how to move and position yourself properly, and begin to master the more technical aspects of the game.

Session cost: £20 per person (open to improver level players)
