Return & Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product we are happy to offer a full refund (as store credit) or exchange (if possible) as long as the product is returned to us in a new, unworn condition with the original packaging within 30 days after your delivery date. Items purchased from the 'Clearance' collection cannot be refunded unless damaged or faulty. We aim to issue refunds on returns within 5–10 working days of receipt of the item back into our returns department. Please be aware, this may take longer during busy periods.

If your item is damaged or faulty we can exchange for the exact same item where possible. In the event of the exact item not being available we will refund the item within 5–10 working days of receipt of the product back to the returns department (unless we are in a sale period when issuing a refund may take longer). See below for more information.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn or unused

  • In its original condition

  • With tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

We strongly recommend that you:

  • Use a trackable or guaranteed delivery method

  • Keep proof of postage

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items if proof of postage is not retained or if a non-guaranteed shipping method is used.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sports bottles or any items with hygiene concerns

Need a different item? The quickest way is to:

  1. Return your current item following our return process

  2. Place a new order once your return is approved

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped within the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still meet all return eligibility criteria listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider
